Soluble grade mono ammonium phosphate
YaraTera KRISTA MAP is a free flowing, fine crystalline powder which dissolves quickly in water without any residues. It is suited to application through all fertigation systems – hydroponics, drip systems, low throw sprinklers, centre pivots and spray units.
Nitrate nitrogen
• Directly available for plant uptake, resulting in fast and predictable growth responses.
• None volatile nor adsorbed to soil particles, leaving it readily available to plants.
• The preferred nitrogen source for most horticultural and high value agricultural crops.
• Improves the plant uptake of the cations potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Phosphorus
Root development – high phosphorus levels in the soil at planting or transplanting will improve crop establishment and development.
Hydroponics
YaraTera KRISTA MAP is ideally suited for applications in hydroponics. Because it contains ammonium nitrogen, it is advisable to restrict its applications to one tenth of the total nitrogen in the formulation.
pH Buffer
The phosphorus component in YaraTera KRISTA MAP buffers fertigation solutions, keeping the pH stable at around 4.5.
Compatibility
YaraTera KRISTA MAP can be mixed with all water soluble fertilisers, except soluble calcium fertilisers, and concentrated magnesium solutions.

YaraTera KRISTA MAP is free of chlorine, sodium and heavy metals.
